It’s time for another off-topic blog post, everyone! But
this one is crucial. Crucial!
Do you live in Winnipeg?
Do you like magazines and/or free food?
Do you want to know what’s been keeping me from blogging more
in 2015?
If you answered yes to any of these questions — and even if
you didn’t — you should come down to Red River College’s Exchange District
Campus tomorrow (April 2) between noon and 4 p.m. for the Magazine Trade Fair!
My group and I have been working very hard over the past few
months writing and designing an original magazine called Hot Water — a tea
magazine for all you young, hip tea-lovers out there.
…Oh yeah, and a bunch of other cool new magazines will be
there, too!
Not to play it up or anything, but the trade fair tends to
be a pretty big deal.
Reporters show up, there are a ton of new magazines you can
flip through, and Tea Story has been kind enough to provide some free tea for
Hot Water’s table, and there’s a rumor going around that there’ll be some
delicious macaroons, as well.
So come down, say hello, and meet all of my incredibly
talented friends. Hope to see you there.
