Happy hump day, everybody. Here's a trailer for Kingsman: The Secret Service to break up your week.
Directed by Matthew Vaughn, Kingsman is based on the comic book The Secret Service created by Dave Gibbons (Watchmen) and Mark Millar (Wanted,
Kick-Ass).
This will be the second time Vaughn adapts one of Millar’s comics, and after doing such great work with Kick-Ass
and X-Men: First Class, I’m really
looking forward to seeing what Vaughn does with Kingsman.
I can already tell from the trailer that there’ll be some
badass action scenes mixed with some over-the-top comic book imagery.
Kingsman’s cast includes Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson, and Mark Hammill.
The soundtrack is enough to make me buy a ticket to the movie. Okay, that, and Colin Firth in a movie that doesn't involve him as a love interest.
