THE ROCK to play BLACK ADAM in upcoming SHAZAM movie
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has confirmed he will be playing
Shazam’s archenemy, Black Adam, in an upcoming DC movie from Warner Bros.

The Rock confirmed the news via Twitter after eyeing both
the Black Adam role and his good guy counterpart, Shazam, for several years.

Recently in the DC Universe, Black Adam has been more of an
anti-hero than an all-out villain, so Johnson seems like a natural fit for a
more updated character.
But do you think The Rock is too nice to play Black Adam?

The Rock never disappoints! Its about time he was casted as a supervillian! Now they just need to make sure they don't mess up with casting Shazam. Looking forward to this one!
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to think of actors who could pull off Shazam but can't really think of any. It'll be a tough one to cast for sure.
